Dr. Jeong is very knowledgeable, caring and always goes above and beyond. I had two implant placements at ASA and both visits were great. Loved the fact that he personally followed up post treatment to ensure everything was okay after the surgery. His supporting staff are very professional and courteous as well. This place has a lot of amazing people. We went there recently to have my 4 yrs old son with asd get checked. My son don’t like going to the dentist so he was not cooperative and just don’t want to deal with them. From the front desk to the nurses and the doctor. They showed patience and didn’t treat as nuisance. They went extra miles to try to help me and calm my son. At the end they still couldn’t checked my son’s tooth due to my son’s uncooperativeness. Doctor said he won’t even charge us anything but the best part is when he said he will personally call another pediatric dentist to give a referral for my son and explain the situation. If you are hesitant to come to this place or still deciding let me tell you give them a chance you will not regret it. They’ve only showed kindness and patience with us.

My experience from beginning to end was phenomenal! I especially loved Dr. Jeong's sense of humor and how attentive and comfortable he made me feel during my initial consultation as well as the day of my wisdom teeth removal. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to my understanding which eased my nerves.The follow up call from the office staff the afternoon of my procedure was great but Dr. Jeong's personal text message to see how I was doing the next morning was exceptionally nice and very much appreciated! I wish I had four more wisdom teeth for him to pull. No JUST KIDDING!Thanks again Dr. Jeong

This was my first time at ASA and was referred to them by my dentist because I needed a tooth extracted asap. They got me in next day! When I arrived, all the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Damaris was assisting the doctor with my extraction. She was super nice and comforting during the process, which is always appreciated and made sure I understood all and any after care as well. Dr.Kim did an amazing job. Usually my teeth break when being pulled but Dr.Kim took her time and was able to get it out without breaking the tooth (which was already broken mind you).She had a very calm presence that made me feel comfortable right away and made the process so easy. She told me all of what to expect before and during the treatment which eased any concerns I had. I will definitely be coming here for any future oral surgery needs!

For years, I had put off having oral surgery because I was fearful of the pain and length of recovery. I am so glad I went to Dr Jeong to finally get it done. He and his staff have incredible bedside manners and made me feel comfortable throughout the surgery. His office was thoughtful and prompt with following up post-surgery. The surgery was much easier for me than I anticipated, and recovery was a breeze, which I attribute to the skill and care used throughout the procedure. I recommend this office without hesitation for any oral surgery needs.

I had a sinus lift, tooth extraction, bone graft and implant and was quite nervous about all of it. Couldn’t have picked a better place! Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr Jeong is just amazing! I had very little discomfort and credit that to him and his dedicated staff. I will not go anywhere else!

ASA Dental Implants in Portsmouth was simply amazing from the first phone conversation through the entire process and the follow-up. There is a sigh of relief and relaxation when I think about Dr. Kinney and her crew! I have never felt this comforable in a dentist's chair before. They are professionals with a unique empathatic touch. Highly recommend them. It was as delightful an experience as it could ever be.

Highly highly highly recommended. It's horrible when anyone has to see an oral surgeon but after my experience here I will only suggest and use Dr. Kenney and this clinic. Dr Kinney and her staff are not only empathetic but kind. I have highly anxiety along with PTSD (not from the dentist). During my procedure they went above and beyond to keep me comfortable and pain free. Dr Kenney is extremely knowledgeable about how to get you to the finish line! And she has many tools in her tool bag to help!Oral surgery is extremely invasive and I hate going to the Dentist anyways. Dr Kenney and her staff made me feel so at ease by the end of it all. They got it done, and were extremely professional about it. Every area of the clinic is extremely clean and well cared for. The entire staff is wonderful and had a sense of hummer. It did not feel stuffy or like you were being gudged by any of the staff there!Highly recommend Dr. Kinney and her staff. Honestly wish I could use her as my regular dentist! Or maybe just be friends with her! The ice cream was a bonus at the end!What a horribly wonderful experience!

I had a 10/10 great experience with ASA Portsmouth. From beginning to end, the entire staff was so kind and helpful in navigating my wisdom tooth extraction. I don't have dental insurance, and I found this office through recommendation from my dentist, and was SO pleased to find that they are very reasonable in their pricing, especially compared to some other oral surgeons in the area. Dr. Kinney has such a kind and gentle energy, was super professional, and made the experience a breeze. They even played my favorite music during surgery and gave me ice cream to take home after my extraction! All around, the team went above and beyond for me - I would 100% recommend this office to friends, family, anyone looking for a solid team to take care of oral surgery. Dr. Kinney and staff were so kind and efficient in removing an extremely painful back molar , (not a fun experience) but they allayed my fears , assuring me all would go well and it did, thankfully!!! I felt very secure in their hands and am so grateful to them for everything!!! I recommend Dr. Kinney and her team very highly!!! They were just great!🥰

From the time we walked in the door, we were greeted promptly by friendly staff. They were able to provide me with a detailed billing print out for me without questions. Gail was absolutely wonderful! She was professional, with compassion while explaining step by step details prior to procedure, assuring, all questions and concerns were addressed. Dr Kinney also very friendly and informative. This office from my experience was a definite 10+ with patient service!
